 Unlimited Mileage: 

Our rental agreements come with unlimited mileage, allowing you the freedom to explore without worrying about mileage restrictions. 

24-Hour Daily Rental Period: 

Rentals operate on a 24-hour daily period, providing flexibility in your travel plans. Additional charges may apply for late returns. 

Free Delivery & Pickup Services: 

Enjoy the convenience of complimentary delivery and pickup services within St. George’s. Please coordinate with our team to arrange these services. 

Insurance Deductible: $1,125.00 US: 

An insurance deductible of $1,125.00 US applies in case of damage or loss. Please review our insurance policy for coverage details. 

Local Temporary Driver’s Permit: 

Renters from OECS (Organization of Eastern Caribbean States) and CARICOM (Caribbean Community) member states are exempted from purchasing a local temporary driver’s permit. All other renters are required to obtain a local temporary driver’s permit at a fee of $24.00 US.

Value Added Tax (VAT) at 15% Applicable: 

 A Value Added Tax of 15% will be applied to all rental charges as mandated by local regulations. 

Booking Fee Policy: 

A non-refundable booking fee of $75 applies to all reservations.
This fee is charged once the customer submits a booking request, and the rental provider confirms the booking with the renter.
By proceeding with the booking, the customer agrees to this non-refundable fee.  

Rental Extensions 

Should you desire to prolong your rental duration, we are pleased to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Simply reach out to us after leaving our facility to communicate your intended date and time for the extension. Please ensure sufficient funds are available on your credit or debit card to cover the additional rental period. Cash renters are required to provide an additional deposit at Nedd’s Rentals & Services facility. Failure to have adequate funds or make necessary payments may result in the denial of your extension request, requiring the return of the rental vehicle by the original return date and time. 

Policy on No Shows 

Reservations remain valid and honored for up to two hours following the scheduled pickup time. Should the vehicle not be collected within this timeframe, your reservation status will be marked as a ‘No Show’. To prevent any issues, we kindly request that you notify us if there are changes to your requested vehicle pickup time. 

Credit and Debit Card Policy 

For rental transactions, the renter must provide a credit or debit card under their own name, with adequate available funds. Please note that if the credit or debit card belongs to someone else, including spouses, Nedd’s Rentals & Services will be unable to proceed with the vehicle rental. This policy is implemented to safeguard the credit or debit card holder.

By proceeding with a reservation or rental, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions outlined by Nedd’s Rentals & Services. 

Insurance

Insurance coverage

Collision damage waiver (CDW): Includes 20% tax; Excess 1,205 GBP

Theft waiver (TW): Includes 20% tax; Excess 1,205 GBP

Third party liability protection (TP): Includes 20% tax; Maximum Coverage Unlimited.

The Excess Liability is the amount determined by the car rental supplier for which you can be held liable in case of damage/theft of the vehicle. Damage to or loss of tyres, windscreens, glass and undercarriage may not be covered by the CDW (Collision Damage Waiver). Please check with the rental agent at the desk.

If you purchase the Excess Reimbursement Insurance from a third party, the main driver will be required to present their credit card at the rental desk in order for the car rental agent to authorize the deposit.
